1 - Must be a member in good standing and dues up to date at time of registration, or a new membership applicant who has been provisionally accepted. Must use PAPS membership email address to register for meeting.
2 - Must reside and practice in South East Asian country (such as Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Phillipines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam).
3 - Must be a trainee (such as fellow, resident or medical student). Verification letter from the program director or organization is required.
4 - Accompanying Persons are guests of the Attendee. Price includes welcoming reception, conference tour, conference dinner and the Spouse Program.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Each attendee registered online will receive a confirmation of registration by the Congress Officer. Please print a copy of your registration confirmation letter to show at on-site registration to expedite the process for badge and meeting material collection. If you do not have a confirmation letter and there is no record of payment receipt by the Congress Officer, you will be required to provide payment on-site, even if you think a payment was remitted previously. Any duplicate payment will be resolved following the meeting.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION AND BADGE PICK-UP
The Congress Officer registration desk will be located at the Bali International Convention Centre (September 10-14, 2023). On-site-registration can be time consuming and is associated with a higher registration fee. We strongly encourage online registration prior to September 3, 2023 in order to avoid delays and additional costs. You are reminded to bring your confirmation letter with you when you pick up your badge and meeting material. We recommend that attendees allow sufficient time to pick up their badges prior to the meeting to avoid long line ups that may result in a missed session.
LETTER OF INVITATION
SPOUSES AND GUESTS: PLEASE WEAR YOUR BADGE!
No access into the Venue and Congress sessions will be allowed with a badge. Attendees and their guests are required to wear their conference badges at all times throughout the meeting. If you misplace your badge, simply show your confirmation letter or on-site payment receipt for a replacement badge.
No refunds will be issued on or after July 11, 2023, nor in the event of a no-show or early check-out date.
The Congress Organizing Committee and Congress Officer act as an intermediary and is not responsible or liable for any medical expenses, loss, accidents or damages to people or things during the entire conference independently of their origin. Any other agreement will only be effective in writing and signed by both parties. Organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Participating delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance that will be sent online to every participant registered after the event.
